Q: How long does processing take?
All orders require 10–12 business days for processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

Shipping timeframes vary based on location and carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Perfect Fit Design Co. is not responsible for transit delays, weather disruptions, seasonal volume delays, or carrier-related interruptions.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Q: What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control. Orders are considered fulfilled once transferred to the shipping carrier.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final.
Perfect Fit Design Co. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Delayed carrier delivery
• Refusal of package
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will not be reviewed.
Any resolution offered is at the sole discretion of Perfect Fit Design Co.
