Order Processing & Delivery Time

All orders require 7–10 business days for production and shipping.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and carrier service.


Processing Delays

While we strive to meet our standard 7–10 business day timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Holiday demand
• Carrier disruptions
• Unforeseen production circumstances

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each collection.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Perfect Fit Design Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Perfect Fit Design Co. is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or transit issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages
