Perfect Fit Design Co.

At Perfect Fit Design Co., each planner, journal, and notebook is thoughtfully produced upon order to maintain the quality and integrity of every collection we release. Because our products are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and previews prior to completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during regular business days.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will be provided only if a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our planners, journals, and notebooks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the incorrect item
• Personal preference after delivery
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
• Shipping delays once the order has been processed

Please note that colors displayed on screens may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Perfect Fit Design Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once an order has been shipped, Perfect Fit Design Co. is not responsible for carrier-related delays, loss, or transit issues.
